Although Kristen's path initially led her into the realm of corporate finance—a career that spanned nearly 30 years—her true passion lay in helping others and addressing the root causes of their challenges. As the pressures of corporate life mounted, Kristen began to experience the toll it took on her physical and emotional well-being.
This pivotal moment prompted her to explore various healing modalities, including Transcendental Meditation, yoga, reflexology, and sound therapy, ultimately leading her to a profound realization about the power of sound and vibration in healing.
Kristen's journey eventually brought her back to her roots in Herbalism, a field she now embraces with deep reverence. Influenced by traditional practices such as TCM, Ayurveda, and Western Herbalism, she studied under renowned herbalists and apprenticed with experts in the field. Combining this knowledge with sound therapy, reiki, and other holistic tools, she now offers a comprehensive approach to healing.
With a deep commitment to helping others, Kristen is honored to guide clients on their own transformative journeys toward health and well-being.
