Service Description

In this session, join me while we sip tea that is custom blended just for you and set our intentions. You will lay fully clothed on a heated biomat which produces near infrared waves through a bed of pure amethysts. I will combine tuning forks, sound bowls, reiki, vagus nerve activation and a few other techniques to provide a safe, relaxing theta space for your highest and best healing. ​
